Global Marketing Coordinator – Jimmy Choo – London
Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing Department based at the Head Office in London. This role reports directly into the Head of Global Marketing. As the Global Marketing Coordinator you will actively support the Head of Global Marketing and the Global Marketing Manager with seasonal projects and on-going Marketing initiatives whilst overseeing departmental and administrative activity.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Marketing Tools:
- Responsible for managing the Marketing Asset Calendar
- Trafficking all Marketing Assets to internal stakeholders with clear usage guidelines
- Liaise with marketing regions to compile the Monthly Marketing Newsletter and share it with the Global Jimmy Choo Business
- Collect and compile information (data / images / regional / department feedback) for marketing bulletins and presentations
- Share the final Marketing Assets and marketing tools with all the Marketing and PR regions (seasonal campaign assets / global marketing assets / ecommerce assets / regional marketing assets / guidelines)
- Update guidelines for every AW and SS seasons
- Support the regional distribution of seasonal brochures, liaising with mailing houses and regions
- Oversee the sign off for event marketing copy
- Support the distribution of gifts and related packaging
- Track the design and print of marketing collateral, ensuring the Creative Services Calendar is up to date at all times
- Update trackers and ‘Calendar of Global Marketing’ activity
- Update the seasonal corporate PPT templates and distribute with the Global Jimmy Choo Business
- Generate compelling & relevant ideas for marketing/event activity
- Compile competitor benchmark reports
Logistics and Administration:
- Oversee order and distribution of seasonal brochures and gifts supporting the Senior Global Marketing Manager
- Manage the product inventory and shipments for all seasonal advertising campaign shoots
- Create the product bible for all advertising campaign shoots
- Liaise with Creative Agency for sample logistics for all advertising campaigns shoots
- Support the Global Head of Marketing in post-production process
- Manage the product inventory and shipments for all E-Commerce and regional ad-hoc commercial shoots
- Support the Media Planner with orders and distribution of seasonal advertising kits to regional teams / franchises
- Update and organise the “Shared Marketing Assets” Folder with all visual assets available for each project in collaboration with the Creative Services Team
- Organise travelling and scheduling for the department and creative partners (i.e. Creative Agencies)
- Sample sale management support
Department Finance Administrative Support:
- General financial administrative support to Global Marketing Team
- Oversee all invoice processing for the Marketing Department
- Liaise with the Creative Services Department on all invoices linked to photo shoots
- Oversee recharge process for regions, licenses and Creative Services projects
- Liaise with Finance / Accounts Payable Teams to manage timely payment of invoices and budgetary meetings
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- University education
- Able to work confidently with PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office
- Must be fluent in English
